This is the privacy notice for loqet.ai, the marketing site for Loqet, operated by BeGuided Agency (Lisbon · London). It covers only this website. It keeps things deliberately small, because the site collects deliberately little.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and stores nothing on your device for marketing purposes. That is why you are not being asked to accept a cookie banner.

Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (which pages are visited, roughly from where). It is privacy-friendly and cookieless: it does not use cookies and does not build a cross-site profile of you.

The audit request form

If you request a Founder Intelligence Audit, we collect the name, email and any context you choose to give us. We use it for one purpose: to respond to your request and arrange the conversation. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.

The form submits to our own server and is passed to the inbox or tool we use to manage enquiries. You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU, you have rights over your personal data, including access, correction, deletion and objection. To exercise any of them, contact us and we will act on it.
